| Hours | Our full day rentals and office hours are from 10 am to 6 pm. The boat is available to you all day, but you can start and stop at your convenience. There is no discount for half days. Early departure or late arrivals are available for a $25 surcharge |
| Watersports | There is a $50 surcharge for watersports, and includes the tow rope, tube and/or water skis, and proper life vests. |
| Discounts | We offer a discount for multiple days, repeat customers and active military personnel. Please call for more information. |
| Boat Location | Grand Haven Boat Rental operates out of Barrett Boatworks marina in Spring Lake and uses their IN/OUT service. You will access your boat - safely and easily - from a large floating dock. |
| Fuel | Your boat must be refueled at the end of your day. A gas dock is conveniently located at Barretts. Boats that have not been refueled may be assessed a $25.00 service fee plus the cost of fuel. |
| Payment/Deposit | If your requested date is 7 days or less from booking, full payment is required. Advance reservations require 50% deposit. |
| Cancellation | Cancellation policy is 7 days for refund of advance reservation deposit. There are absolutely no refunds for inclement weather. |
| Waterways | Our customers can explore Spring Lake, Grand River and the numerous bayous. Sorry, Lake Michigan is prohibited. |
| Boat Equipment | Each boat is equipped with all emergency equipment, including adult and child-size life jackets. Michigan law requires children 12 years and younger to wear a personal flotation device at all times. |
| Vessel Check list | We will familiarize the operator with the boat and safety equipment. We use a Vessel Check List to document condition of the boat at the start and end of your rental: Vessel Check List |
